Items must be unused, with tags intact and in original packaging.

Defected, wrong size, or incorrect items will be exchanged after verification.

HOME articles must be returned in Bella Carry original HOME packing.

Articles delivered in boxes (e.g. luxury products) must be returned with their original box.
