Eligibility for Exchange

  • All products purchased online (except Cosmetics & Fragrances) can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Discounted / Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.

  • Original receipt, OR

  • Order confirmation email

    📌 Conditions for Exchange

    • Items must be unused, with tags intact and in original packaging.

    • Defected, wrong size, or incorrect items will be exchanged after verification.

    • HOME articles must be returned in Bella Carry original HOME packing.

    • Articles delivered in boxes (e.g. luxury products) must be returned with their original box.

      2. Share all required details with our representative.

      3. Once verified, a pick-up will be arranged from your doorstep.

      ⏳ The online exchange process usually takes 7–10 working days.
      🏬 For in-store exchanges, the original invoice and intact tags are required.

      If you need to return an item:

      • Return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

      • Item(s) must be unused and have all tags intact.

      • Proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email) is required.

      • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
